The French-inspired cuisine served up by Patrick Bittner in the Restaurant Français provides an opportunity to enjoy truly exceptional food. The Français has been awarded one star in the latest Michelin Guide and holds 17 points out of a possible 20 in the prestigious Gault Millau. Its high standards of cooking and service are also reflected by a rating of 4 F in the “Feinschmecker”, a monthly magazine which reviews the culinary and gourmet scene, and by the award of nine “pans” in the Gusto Restaurant Guide.
Visit us on the restaurant’s beautiful Courtyard Terrace to savour an outstanding business lunch from €49. In the evenings, the culinary highlight is provided by Patrick Bittner’s tasteing menu, ideally combined with matching wines carefully selected by Sommelier Franck Mouzon and Maître d’hôtel Nils Blümke. Wine connoisseurs will find particular pleasure in studying a menu which contains approximately 400 separate items, mainly from Germany and France.
Any gourmet is also bound to be tempted by a superb selection of unpasteurised cheeses personally recommended by the master cheese makers Bernard & Jean Francois Antony.
